We require that all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

All orders are fully insured during transit and require an adult signature for delivery. A package cannot be re-routed once shipped.

 

 

We make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. All available products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation. Custom orders will take longer to process. You can expect delivery within 7-10 business days. Feel free to contact us for shipping details when you place your order.

 

Rules for international shipments and custom policies vary from country to country. Therefore, you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed. We have no control over these policies and cannot predict what they might be. Your respective customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.

 

Simply email us or contact our customer service representatives if you have any enquiries relating to international shipments. Please be aware that all customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc., vary from country to country and is therefore payable by the customer upon receipt.
