RETURNS POLICY

To ensure you have enough time to consider your purchase, Gold & Silver offers a five (5) day free return shipping and exchange guarantee for online customers. For a full refund, items other than custom or special ordered items must be authorised and sent off to our offices within 5 days from the original date of signed receipt by the customer.

The merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, guarantee certificate and any accompanying appraisal report. Gold & Silver will not accept any item for return unless all of the following procedures and conditions are met.

If you need to return any item to Gold & Silver, simply follow these few simple steps:

1. Firstly, you will need to call Gold & Silver at +(65) 6235 8873 and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) number in order to ship your package for free. No returns will be accepted unless the package clearly shows a valid return authorization number. Once you have received your (RMA#) number, please address your package in the following manner:

2. Send your Singapore packages via SPEEDPOST, and international packages via FEDEX. Be sure to fully insure any package at your own expense. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage while the merchandise is in transit to us. Please be aware that items returned must be registered and sent off to our offices within the stated 5-day return window. Any unregistered items, and sent after the 5-day return window will be refused delivery. Shipments via any other carrier other than SINGPOST or FEDEX will be refused delivery.

The return shipping requirements for international orders vary by country. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc., are not refundable by Gold & Silver. It remains your sole responsibility to apply for a refund of these items directly with the authority in the country of delivery. Gold & Silver cannot be held responsible for your inability to obtain said refund. If you have any doubts, you should check with the tax authority in the country of delivery. Simply email us or contact our customer service representatives if you have any enquiries relating to international shipments.

3. All merchandize will undergo inspection by our quality control department upon receipt. Please note that any item that has signs of wear, is custom engraved or that has been altered in any way other than Gold & Silver cannot be returned under any circumstances. We cannot be responsible for any item until it is received and inspected at our offices. Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Once your return has been accepted in good & satisfactory condition, a credit will be issued to those who have paid by credit card or a cheque issued and mailed via SPEEDPOST to those who have paid by wire transfer. Please allow 7 business days from the date of receipt for us to process your credit. Gold & Silver cannot be held responsible for any delay due to mail delivery.
